As a dynamic and results-driven executive, he offers extensive experience in municipal operations, strategic planning, and personnel management—coupled with a profound dedication to public service and community impact. Renowned for his integrity and ability to connect with diverse groups, he has consistently nurtured collaboration among residents, stakeholders, and government officials. Grounded in strong values and motivated by his faith, Roland’s mission is to devise solutions that strengthen families, elevate neighborhoods, and ensure efficient, transparent governance that aligns with the needs and aspirations of the communities he serves.

Black Warrior Council, BSA 2015–Present
- Oversaw $1.5M annual budget and 50+ staff and volunteers improving character development in youth in 12 countries and guaranteed access to underserved families in these communities.
- Spearheaded strategic partnerships with city government and nonprofits to reduce cost for families.
